Booking Conditions
We can accept Visa, Mastercard and EFTPOS payments.
Deposits
Generally, the deposit is at least the cost of the first night's tariff and must be received by the Caravan Park within 7 days of booking to confirm your reservation.
Check In Time
Check in time is after 2pm; earlier times may be available on request.
Please confirm this with the park at the time of booking.
At the time of booking please provide your estimated time of arrival.
Should you be delayed please advise the park that you will be delayed and your revised arrival time. If we are not contacted by you before 7pm on the day of arrival the booking may be onsold.
Check Out Time
Check out time is before 10am. Later times may be available on request.
A fee equal to one (1) night's tariff may be charged for check out later than 12 noon.
Cancellations
When making a direct booking with the Caravan Park, you acknowledge and agree that all bookings and deposits are accepted by park owners subject to the following cancellation policy.
Any bookings through agents or other third parties may be subject to separate policies and you should check their conditions.
Deposits for bookings made will only be refunded if you notify the park owner of your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. If you provide less than 30 days notice of cancellation, your deposit will only be refunded if the category of site or accommodation that you booked is able to be resold. A cancellation fee amounting to 20% of the total tariff may be charged.
Deposits made for bookings of one night only will not be refunded.
Early Departures
A refund will not be given should you cut short your reservation.
Failure to Notify of Cancellation
Your reservation may be cancelled without refund of any paid deposit if you do not notify the park owner of your cancellation or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date.
Special Conditions
These 'Booking Conditions' do not apply to Large Groups and Special Events. Please contact us for a copy of the relevent document.
Pets: Dogs and cats are welcome in the park subject to being kept on a lead at all times. Please pick up all litter made by feeding and toileting your pet.
Pets are not allowed inside any on-site accommodation. The only exeption being bookings for the designated on-site caravan. Motor -cycles and bicycles must not be parked inside rooms.
Washing of any wheeled vehicle is not permitted.
Smoking is NOT permitted in any on-site accommodation. A PENALTY FEE MAY BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD IF ANY OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS IS NOT MET.
